McKenna Rammell graduated cum laude from Brigham Young University-Idaho in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in Music, emphasis in piano. She focused her studies on piano pedagogy, and took all of the piano pedagogy classes offered at BYU-Idaho. She also involved herself in the MTNA collegiate chapter there, where she served as secretary, vice president, and president. McKenna and at least ten other BYU-Idaho students attended the MTNA National Conference in Anaheim, California in 2013. Two years later, McKenna joined eight other BYU-Idaho students at the 2015 MTNA National Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada to present, “Music a la Mode: Sensory Learning Preferences” to a room full of piano teachers. She hopes to soon be a certified music teacher through MTNA’s certification program.

McKenna is from San Antonio, Texas, but has enjoyed her time in the beautiful Utah valley. She looks forward to helping Utah Piano Conservatory grow and see students progress!
